A stressful, expensive and sadly unpleasant experience

I bought 2 pairs of pyjamas and one had to be returned. I posted them back and explained the situation to the customer services person who said they would consider an exchange but it was outside their policy. I chased up twice to see if they had recieved it to be told their returns process was experiencing long delays and it could be several weeks...Read More

The PJ's are for a friend from a group so I now have to find another £180 to replace them. I have been made to feel like I am lying.
